UBS downgraded RF Micro Devices (NASDAQ: RFMD) from Neutral to Sell. PT lowered from $4.50 to $3.25.

Analyst, Parag Agarwal, said, "Based on RFMD’s 1Q results, we believe that the company is facing share headwinds at its largest customer Samsung (~28% of rev), as competition for sockets intensifies on the new generation of platforms. With a narrow product line and historic volatility in results, RFMD has lost its strategic relevance for both baseband suppliers and OEMs, and we believe that its challenges will likely increase going forward. We think investors are likely to stay on sidelines till the company shows sustained execution track record."

FY13 lowered from (0.03) to (0.17) and FY14 from $0.16 to (0.06)
