UBS maintains a 'Buy' on Baker Hughes (NYSE: BHI) price target of $65.00 (from $60.00).

Analyst, Angie Sedita, said, "BHI had strong results in Q2, particularly in North America where results topped expectations given the early realization of much of the margin benefits from “self-help” initiatives. Management’s efforts to turn around the pressure pumping business (incl recent leadership changes) are quickly materializing into better margins (13.4% vs. our 11% estimate). Additionally results in the International markets were also above our forecasts in every region. We reiterate our view that now is the "Time to Buy the Oil Service Diversifieds"."

Sedita raises FY12 EPS estimate from $3.49 to $3.82 and FY13 from $4.32 to $4.49.
