UBS initiates coverage on AFLAC (NYSE: AFL) with a Neutral. PT $44.00.
Analyst, Suneet Kamath, said, "AFL's EPS growth rate has materially decelerated from 15%+ from 2001-2009 to 8% in 2011 and expectations for 4-7% growth in 2013, all ex. FX. In addition, we argue that future EPS growth is more uncertain relative to the past, as the driver of annual increases has changed from margin expansion to revenue growth."
