Traders are keeping some of FLIR Systems (Nasdaq: FLIR) competition on their radar following preliminary Q2 numbers and cut FY12 guidance.
For 2012, FLIR lowered EPS outlook from $1.60 - $1.70 down to $1.40 - $1.50. Sales expectations move from $1.55 billion to $1.65 billion, down to $1.40 billion to $1.50 billion.
The Street was modeling EPS of $1.63 and revs of $1.55 billion.
On watch are: Danaher (NYSE: DHR), General Dynamics (NYSE: GD), and L-3 Communications (NYSE: LLL).
