UBS maintains a 'Buy' on Yum! Brands (NYSE: YUM) price target of $81.00.

Analyst, David Palmer, is questioning whether the company's attempt to grow in China is coming at a reasonable price.

A few weeks ago, the stock got hit after reports a Chinese company, that invested in Little Sheep (a company YUM recently acquired) was getting cold feet, closing its Shanghai Office and not making any more investments in the region.

Last week, Goldman Sachs reduced FY12-14 estimates on YUM, citing a slowdown in the forward growth trajectory, saying the company was highly leveraged to China in a time of uncertainty.
