Shares of Las Vegas Sands (NYSE: LVS), Wynn (Nasdaq: WYNN) and MGM Resorts (NYSE: MGM) are under heavy pressure Thursday as the State of Nevada's Gaming Control Board showed an 18.15 percent decline in gaming win on the Las Vegas Strip for the month of May. Total gaming win was $475 million for the Strip. The Board showed a 10.05 percent decline in gaming win for the entire state.
Another important metric for these casino operators, percentage fee collections were down 24.14 percent during June.
Las Vegas Sands shares are down 3.9 percent to $39.40, shares of Wynn are down 3.4 percent to $97.18, and shares of MGM are down 3.8 percent to $9.83.
