UBS maintains a 'Buy' on Marriott International (NYSE: MAR) price target of $42.00.

Analyst, Robin M. Farley, thinks the company will fall into the bottom half of its guidance range. Yesterday, MAR reported Q2 earnings of $0.42, in-line with estimates. For Q3, MAR sees EPS between $0.39-0.41 (consensus is $0.37) and FY12 EPS between $1.65-1.75 (consenus is $1.65).
