Ford Motor Co. (NYSE: F) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.05 per share, or $0.2 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on September 4, 2012, to stockholders of record on August 3, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of August 1, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 2.2 percent.
