Fastenal Co (NASDAQ: FAST) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.19 per share, or $0.76 annualized. The company had previously paid a quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share.
The dividend will be payable on August 24, 2012, to stockholders of record on July 27, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of July 25, 2012.
The annual yield on the dividend is 1.9 percent.
