UBS maintains a 'Sell' on KB Home (NYSE: KBH) price target of $7.00.
Analyst, David Goldberg, says concerns still persist as the market is improving. Compass Point also maintains a 'Sell' rating on shares.
However, on June 29, 2012, KBH topped Q2 estimates by $0.03 on slightly stronger revenue. A large tax benefit was included.
The stock is down 2% today, however, a one-month chart shows shares climbing from $7 to over $10.30 today (a 45%+ move higher).
