Deutsche Bank maintains a 'Hold' on Bridgepoint Education (NYSE: BPI) price target of $25.00.
Analyst, Paul Ginocchio, said, "We believe the biggest near-term risk to the shares is the potential disruption from a probable move of Ashford University employees. The Higher Learning Commission (HLC) requires a “substantial presence” of operations in one of the 19 states under its purview by December 1 2012. We think the most likely cities would be Phoenix (an existing For Profit hub and close to San Diego) or Denver (near Univ. of the Rockies)."
