This report is an intraday check of some of the more notable stocks that have hit a 52-week high or low so far today.

- Constellation Brands, Inc. (NYSE: STZ) high of $28.61. Constellation up almost 6 percent Monday following last Friday's M&A/EPS action, as Goldman Sachs lifted its price target on the company today, from $27 to $33. Goldman rates Constellaiton at Buy.
- USG Corp (NYSE: USG) high of $19.78. USG up again on the session Monday, bolstered today by entering a strategic partnership with Zawawi Group of Oman. The stock is up 16 percent over the last week or so, moving another 3 percent on today's session.
- Amgen Inc. (Nasdaq: AMGN) high of $74.24. Amgen is moving higher following a release earlier from NPS Pharmaceuticals (Nasdaq: NPSP) saying it would take just a $25 million lump-sum and then limit Amgen to $8 million of royalties on cinacalcet HCl (Sensipar/Mimpara) sales per quarter, ending in 2018. NPS currently owes Amgen about $92 million on a royalty advance.
- Savient Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (Nasdaq: SVNT) low of $0.51. Savient Pharma said safety data from KRYSTEXXA (pegloticase) in patients with RCG was published in the July 2012 issue of The Journal of Rheumatology. For more color on the report, click here.
- Research In Motion Limited (Nasdaq: RIMM) low of $7.57. RIMM moving lower, than higher in the afternoon as the Hudson Securities upgrade took hold.
