UBS reiterates a 'Buy' on NVIDIA (NASDAQ: NVDA) price target of $15.50.
Analyst, Uche Orji, likes NVIDIA, saying the recent win with Google's (Nasdaq: GOOG) Nexus reflects increasing ARM camp tablet processor lead.
ARM is already the standard architecture for mobile devices. NVIDIA will base its designs on an architecture license from ARM Holdings (Nasdaq: ARMH). Therefore, NVIDIA, which is best known for graphics processor units, will now have high-performance microprocessors, and inevitably, go head-to-head with Intel (Nasdaq: INTC).
