Baird maintains an 'Outperform' on Google (NASDAQ: GOOG) price target of $750.00.

Analyst, Colin Sebastian, said, "Google’s I/O developer conference focused squarely on Android – most notably announcing the Nexus7 tablet; a million daily Android activations; upgrading the operating system to a “Jelly Bean” (aka Android 4.1); and improving search and navigation on mobile devices. Overall, the announcements suggest that Google is taking platform competition with Apple (Nasdaq: AAPL) and Amazon (Nasdaq: AMZN) seriously; and signaled serious intentions to increase its focus on vertical integration."

Baird has 2012 EPS estimate maintained at $43.27 and FY13 at $52.40.
