UBS Starts AMN Healthcare Services (AHS) at Neutral; Largest Pure Play Medical Staffing Co

UBS initiates coverage on AMN Healthcare Services (NYSE: AHS) with a Neutral. PT $6.50.

Analyst, A.J. Rice, said, "AHS’ core businesses seem to be stabilizing and gradually starting to improve. However, the company continues to be saddled with a large amount of debt that it took on to fund acquisitions undertaken in the economic downturn. As a result of its high leverage (by historical standards and relative to its peers), we do not expect AHS to quickly be afforded its average five-year historical forward P/E of 18.0x."
