Wells Fargo initiates coverage on New Oriental Education (NYSE: EDU) with an Outperform. PT range $33-$40.

Analyst, Trace A. Urdan, said, "We view New Oriental as the leader in the Chinese K-12 tutoring, test-prep, and English language training market. Our FY2012E and FY2013E EPS are $0.86 and $1.14, respectively."

"We believe that the Chinese education sector has a long runway for further secular growth and New Oriental's preeminent market position should allow it to disproportionately benefit."
