Gas Natural (EGAS) Declares $0.045 Monthly Dividend; 5.2% Yield

Gas Natural (NYSE: EGAS) declared a monthly dividend of $0.045 per share, or $0.54 annualized.

The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 5.2 percent.
