Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Mohawk Industries (NYSE: MHK) price target of $85.00.

Analyst, Stephen Kim, said, "We recently spent a day with top management of Mohawk's Unilin business at their headquarters in Brussels, Belgium. Our day included meetings with Bernard Thiers, President of Unilin, followed by a tour of a laminate plant, and a plant that manufactures roofing systems and foam board insulation. Overall, we believe investors are underestimating Unilin's potential to drive incremental growth through innovation and market savvy. We regard MHK as our Top Pick in the building products space."

FY12 EPS estimate lowered from $3.81 to $3.69, but raises FY13 from $4.79 to $5.07.
