Capstead Mortgage (CMO) Lowers Quarterly Dividend 7% to $0.40; 11.3% Yield

Capstead Mortgage (NYSE: CMO) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.40 per share, or $1.6 annualized. This is a 7% decrease from the prior dividend of $0.43.

The dividend will be payable on July 20, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 29, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of June 27, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 11.3 percent.
