Yum!'s (YUM) Taco Bell Introduces Upscale Menu, But Chipotle Mexican (CMG) Doesn't Care

Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE: CMG) is blowing off news that Yum! Brands' (NYSE: YUM) Taco Bell chain has introduced an upscale menu.
Partnering with chef Lorena Garcia, Taco Bell will bring gourmet inspired bowls and burritos with its new Cantina Bell menu. The new line goes nationwide on Thursday, July 5 and items will be priced at less than $5.
Shares of Chipotle Mexican are up 1.6 percent despite the news. Yum! Brands is up 1.7 percent.
