Barclays maintains an 'Equalweight' on Solera Holdings (NYSE: SLH) price target of $45.00.

Analyst, Manav Patnaik, noted that Solera's 25% increase in its quarterly cash dividend was higher than he anticipated. Patnaik likes that company's strategy of providing above bank yields, continued growth, stock buybacks and strategic M&A.

Looking at future catalyst, Patnaik, said, "(1) We anticipate SLH to update its long-term goals, maybe for FY2017 (like the 2014 goals set in June 2009), sometime in September 2012. (2) This 'goal setting' though is likely to come around on or after its next big acquisition."

However, Patnaik, leaves the Equalweight rating, citing 60%+ revenue exposure to Europe and the economic uncertainties in that part of the world.
