Cantor Fitzgerald Reiterates a 'Buy' on Sirona Dental (SIRO); Discounted Valuation Fails to Account for Vast Underpenetration Worldwide

Cantor Fitzgerald reiterates a 'Buy' on Sirona Dental (NASDAQ: SIRO) price target of $57.00.

Analyst, Jeremy Feffer, said, "We use the occasion of a meeting with Sirona management, as well as the stock's 19% decline since May 1 (versus the S&P's 10% fall), to reiterate our rating. Trading at less than 12x CY:13E EPS, the stock more than reflects nearterm headwinds (Europe, difficult 2H comps), and the deep discount to peers (14x) is unjustified, in our view, particularly in light of the longer-term growth potential."
