In a Form 8-K dated May 25th, Acorda Therapeutics (Nasdaq: ACOR) disclosed it received a Paragraph IV Certification Notice from Mylan Laboratories (NYSE: MYL) advising Acorda that Mylan Laboratories has filed an Abbreviated New Drug Application for generic versions of the three dosage strengths of Zanaflex Capsules® (tizanidine hydrochloride). Acorda is reviewing the Notice of Certification.
