UBS maintains a 'Buy' on Medtronic, Inc. (NYSE: MDT) price target lowered from $43 to $41.

Analyst, Rajeev Jashnani, said, "MDT hosting Analyst Meeting on Friday, 6/1: Acknowledging broader market weakness, MDT performance post-F4Q has been disappointing (cheap stock, decent numbers). It seems to us that, for MDT to work, the company needs to convincingly articulate plan to accelerate growth or perhaps increase return to shareholders. On growth, MDT will discuss plans to globalize and reposition for more challenging markets, our concern is whether margins (both $ and %) are compromised. Returning more cash seems plausible but not imminent."

UBS slightly adjusts FY12 EPS estimate from $3.44 to $3.46 and FY13 from $3.65 to $3.66.
