UBS reiterates a 'Buy' on The Fresh Market (NASDAQ: TFM) price target raised from $54 to $63.

Analyst, Jason DeRise, said, TFM's Q1 12 results showed that its differentiated positioning is resonating with consumers. As TFM rebuilds its new store pipeline, a higher % of stores will reach the sweet spot for comp sales growth. Stores 2-4 years after joining the comparable sales base have the fastest growth at high single to low double digits. In the note, we show how this affects future comparable sales growth, which we now estimate at 6% per annum over the next 5 years (previously assumed 5%)."

UBS raises FY12 EPS estimate from $1.32 to $1.38 and FY13 from $1.65 to $1.76.
