Wells Fargo initiates coverage on Advisory Board Company (NASDAQ: ABCO) with a Market Perform. PT range $95-100.
Analyst, Jamie Stockton, said, "The company provides best practice research, Web-based analytical software, and consulting services to about 60% of hospitals in the United States. While traction with its Web-based software has pushed that business to about 50% of total revenue and helped drive 29% growth in FY2012, we see a moderation of growth toward the mid- to high teens. We can think of no other company with such direct insights into clients' challenges and the tools to address them. However, current valuation appears to reflect that uniqueness."
