Semtech Corp (NASDAQ: SMTC) 3.5% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.27, $0.04 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.31. Revenue for the quarter came in at $116.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $119.94 million. Sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.37-$0.45, versus the consensus of $0.41. Delphi Automotive (NYSE: DLPH) 3.1% HIGHER; announced today that it has entered into exclusive negotiations and has made a binding offer to acquire FCI Groups Motorized Vehicles Division.

Rue21, Inc. (NASDAQ: RUE) 2.8% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.46, $0.03 better than the analyst estimate of $0.43. Revenue for the quarter came in at $205.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $204.1 million. Comparable store sales for the quarter were up 1.7%. Sees FY2012 EPS of $1.76-$1.81, versus prior guidance of $1.74-$1.79 and the consensus of $1.79. rue21's Board of Directors has authorized a share repurchase program granting the Company authority to repurchase up to $50 million of the Company's common stock.

Chesapeake Energy (NYSE: CHK) 1.7% HIGHER; CNBC's Kate Kelly reported BlackRock (NYSE: BLK) now has a 4-5 million share stake in Chesapeake. This would be sharply higher than the ~883,000 share stake shown at the quarter ended March 31st, 2012.
