Kratos Defense (KTOS) Announces $7.4 Million Contract From U.S. Navy

Kratos Defense & Security Solutions, Inc. (Nasdaq: KTOS) announced that its Herley Industries, Inc. subsidiary has received an initial $4.1 million order under a multiple year requirements contract to supply Tactical Instrument Landing Systems ("TILS") for both the F/A-18E/F/G and E-2D Naval aircraft. An additional estimated $3.3 million requirement is projected for 2013.

The AN/ARA-63 TILS is a microwave landing system that provides precise elevation and azimuth guidance information necessary for critical aircraft carrier landings.
