Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Coca-Cola (NYSE: KO) price target of $81.00.

Analyst, Michael J. Branca, said, "While Western European markets certainly remain challenged, we think that results in N. America remain on track to give KO solid underlying growth. The company continues to benefit from a well-balanced portfolio of emerging and more-developed markets (such as the US, Western Europe and Japan) and our view of its global volume growth outlook remains positive - especially as KO has broadened its beverage portfolio with increasing exposure to the faster-growing still beverage category (25% of volume today compared to 11% in 2000)."

Branca lowers Q2 EPS estimate from $1.22 to $1.18, FY12 from $4.10 to $4.05, and FY13 lowered from $4.50 to $4.45. Sees FY12 revenue growth of 3.8% from 4.5%.
