Raymond James downgraded shares of Nasdaq OMX Group Inc. (NASDAQ: NDAQ) Wednesday morning as the Street continues to weigh the debacle with the Facebook IPO. The firm now rates the stock a Market Perform, down from Outperform previously.

Elsewhere on the Street, Detusche Bank also downgraded shares of Nasdaq.

Notably, Nasdaq shares are down about 6 percent since Facebook debuted on the exchange.

The stock is down 2.9 percent to $21.67 at last check.
