UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on Williams-Sonoma (NYSE: WSM) price target raised from $37 to $39.

Analyst, Michael Lasser, said, "We think the fact that WSM’s shares were up 3.3% (vs. a flattish S&P), after it issued 1Q results that had some questions, shows that the market is becoming comfortable with the co’s current earnings algorithm. In our view, the shares are looking past some merch. margin erosion and volatile performance of a few of its brands to say that WSM is adjusting to the realities of the marketplace where consumers are expecting free shipping and greater value. WSM was still able to maintain a flat op. margin & achieve a 6% sales increase, showing that it can manage in today’s environment."

FY13 EPS estimate raised from $2.45 to $2.49 and FY14 from $2.59 to $2.70.
