US Attorney's Office Probing Possible Violations at Chipotle (CMG)

Shares of Chipotle Mexican Grill (NYSE: CMG) fell about 1.6 percent over the last few minutes of trade (although are still up about 0.6 percent for the session) as a Form 8-K disclosed the US Attorney's Office is conducting a probe into possible violations related to work authorization compliance.

The stock last traded at $395.50.
