Express (NYSE: EXPR) 25.3% LOWER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.47, $0.02 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.49. Revenue for the quarter came in at $496 million versus the consensus estimate of $503.17 million. Comparable sales increased 4%. Express sees FY2012 EPS of $1.79-$1.89, versus the consensus of $1.95. Express previously expected EPS of $1.84 to $1.97. Express sees Q2 2012 EPS of $0.15-$0.18, versus the consensus of $0.20.
Hugoton Royalty Trust (NYSE: HGT) 23.2% LOWER; moving lower once again today after crack the $13 level yesterday. A Seeking Alpha article from this morning offers a number of concerning issues related to the company and its financials.
Benihana (Nasdaq: BNHN) 21.2% HIGHER; to be acquired by Angelo, Gordon & Co.'s Private Equity Group in a deal valued at about $296 million. Under the terms of the merger agreement, which has been approved by the Company's Board of Directors, Angelo Gordon will acquire all of the outstanding shares of Benihana's common stock for $16.30 per share in cash.
Hyperdynamics (NYSE: HDY) 18.9% HIGHER; continuing higher following a break above two key technical indicators late Monday morning. The stock was up nearly 25 percent yesterday. Volume in the stock surged after crossing the $0.90 level this morning. Shares did break over the $1 level, but have now pushed below that resistance level.
China Gerui AMG (NASDAQ: CHOP) 17.9% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.20, $0.01 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.21. Revenue for the quarter came in at $68.7 million versus the consensus estimate of $73.62 million. China Gerui AMG reaffirmed FY2012 guidance.
Golden Star Resources (AMEX: GSS) 15.9% LOWER; technicians are selling the stock after the price traded very closely with both the 50- and 200-day SMA's yesterday. Shares are below $1 today.
DSW (NYSE: DSW) 10.3% HIGHER; reported Q1 EPS of $0.98, $0.08 better than the analyst estimate of $0.90. Revenue for the quarter came in at $558.6 million versus the consensus estimate of $548.1 million. DSW sees FY2012 EPS of $3.25-$3.40, versus prior guidance of $3.20-$3.35 and the consensus of $3.31.

Nordson Corp (NASDAQ: NDSN) 9.2% HIGHER; reported Q2 EPS of $0.84, $0.03 worse than the analyst estimate of $0.87. Revenue for the quarter came in at $315.2 million versus the consensus estimate of $321.16 million. Sees Q3 2012 EPS of $0.96-$1.04, versus the consensus of $0.86.
