Barclays maintains an 'Equalweight' on Enbridge Energy Partners (NYSE: EEP) price target of $33.00.
Analyst, Richard Gross, said, "We believe the Lakehead and Eastern Access projects improve EEP's long-term distribution growth visibility. While we view the new projects as favorable long term, tempering our near-term view are large financing needs (even with parent's cost sharing), lag in incremental cash flows from projects and thin distribution coverage in 2012."
FY13 EPS estimates raised from $1.60 to $1.66.
