Williams Financial Group upgraded Lennar (NYSE: LEN) from Hold to Buy with a price target raised from $28 to $35.
Analyst, David N. Williams, said, "We believe the company should command a slight premium to the peer group average based on our assessment and expectations of further market share gains and our FY13 projected revenue growth of 24%. Strong land acquisition and the Rialto division should drive sales growth and gross margin expansion as trends further develop with Rialto contributing increasing returns."
