Wells Fargo Starts Bruker (BRKR) at Outperform; Operational Opportunities

Wells Fargo initiates coverage on Bruker (NASDAQ: BRKR) with an Outperform. PT range $18-$20.

Analyst, Tim Evans, said, "We think the strength of Bruker's innovative product portfolio offsets concerns about the company's high exposure to not-for-profit research and to Europe. We also like the opportunity for operational improvements to drive earnings growth significantly faster than revenue. The potential for volatility, especially with expensive capital equipment, necessitates a higher risk tolerance, in our view...We set our 2012 and 2013 EPS estimates at $0.90 and $1.12 respectively."
