Wal-Mart Stores (WMT) Reports Solid Q1, Comps Up 2.6%; Offers Q2 Outlook

Wal-Mart Stores (NYSE: WMT) reported Q1 EPS of $1.09, $0.05 better than the analyst estimate of $1.04. Revenue for the quarter came in at $112.3 billion versus the consensus estimate of $110.5 billion.

Comps up 2.6%.

Wal-Mart Stores sees Q2 2012 EPS of $1.13-$1.18, versus the consensus of $1.16.
