Spartan Stores, Inc. (NASDAQ: SPTN) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share, or $0.32 annualized. This is a 23.1% increase from the prior dividend of $0.065.

The dividend will be payable on June 15, 2012, to stockholders of record on June 1, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 30, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 1.8 percent.
