UBS maintains a 'Neutral' on TriQuint Semiconductor (NASDAQ: TQNT) price target raised from $5.00 to $5.25.

Analyst, Parag Agarwal, said, "TQNT and Avago (Nasdaq: AVGO) announced today that they have reached an agreement related to the dispute on BAW filters. The financial impact on TQNT from this agreement is not likely to be material, although litigation costs will be eliminated going forward. We view this agreement as a definite positive as it eliminates a major overhang, however, we maintain our Neutral view as we await greater visibility into TQNT’s revenue stream in 2H12."

"We raise our estimated for TQNT as litigation costs are eliminated. For 2Q, we now forecast Rev/EPS of 177m/(22c), versus prior of $177m/(23c). For 2012, we raise Rev/EPS to $793m/(29c), from $793m/(38c). Our 2013 estimates remain unchanged at $833m/4c."
