What Sales Problem? Staples (SPLS) Rivals Gain Amid Tepid Q1 Numbers (OMX) (ODP)

May 16, 2012 9:58 AM EDT

Following dismal Q1 results, Staples (Nasdaq: SPLS) is off about 5.2 percent. However, rival OfficeMax (NYSE: OMX) and Office Depot (NYSE: ODP) are both positive on the session, up 2.1 percent and 1.7 percent, respectively.
