Barclays on Groupon, Inc. (GRPN): Early Stages of What Could Prove To Be Significant, L-T Opportunity

Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on Groupon, Inc. (NASDAQ: GRPN) price target of $27.00.

Analyst, Mark May, said, "Groupon reported 1Q12 results (its second as a public company) and provided 2Q12 guidance, and both were (again) better than expected. Given solid results, positive traction in key areas, the increase in our forecasts, and a depressed valuation coupled with still negative investor sentiment, we maintain our rating."

Barclays raises FY12 EPS estimate from $0.16 to $0.19 and FY13 from $0.88 to $0.91.
