Remember Liz Claiborne (NYSE: LIZ)? Well it is no more.
Today the company completed its name and ticker change. The new name is Fifth & Pacific Companies and the new stock ticker is (NYSE: FNP).
The company said the name change better communicate its strategic focus on growing its three global lifestyle brands (Juicy Couture, kate spade and Lucky Brand) and reflect the sale of the Liz Claiborne namesake brand to J.C. Penney.
