Wells Fargo downgraded Wisconsin Energy (NYSE: WEC) from Outperform to Market Perform with a price target range $38-39.
Analyst, Neil Kalton, said, "Shares offer attractive total return potential driven by projected annual EPS growth of 5%, roughly 12% average annual DPS growth and a roughly 3% dividend yield. Attractive features include a strong financial position and constructive regulation. That said, we believe the current share valuation adequately reflects these favorable attributes."
