Nomura Securities Maintains a 'Neutral' on Lululemon Athletica (LULU); Visiting London Showroom

Nomura Securities Neutral Lululemon Athletica Inc. (NASDAQ: LULU) price target of $55.00

Anlalyst, Paul Lejuez, said, "About a month ago, LULU opened its first UK showroom right off of Kings Road in Chelsea (London). The showroom was small, probably no more than 500 sq ft with a limited SKU count, but they did stock what we believe are the best selling (well-known) items within the assortment. LULU London seems off to a strong start. The brand’s global expansion kicks off in a bigger way in 2013, with 10 showrooms opening in int’l markets, but we believe the early days in London demonstrate the brand’s global appeal."
