Needham & Company maintains a 'Buy' on Nuance Communications (NASDAQ: NUAN) price target of $36.00.
Analyst, Scott Zeller, said, "The NUAN F2Q12(Mar) quarter results were strong as expected, based on previous positive preview. The quarter was well balanced, with solid contributions from all four of NUAN business lines; the enterprise (call center) and imaging businesses were standouts, and the largest two divisions (healthcare, consumer/mobile) were “solid”. We note there is an investor expectation for NUAN shares to see strong acceleration in the mobile/consumer division, which was 28% of total revenue last year, and grew 23% organically."
FY12 EPS estimates raised from $1.62 to $1.64 and FY13 from $1.80 to $1.89.
