Digital River (DRIV) Reaffirms FY12 Guidance; Extends Pact with Microsoft (MSFT) to March 1st, 2014

Shares of Digital River (Nasdaq: DRIV) are moving higher over the last few minutes of trade as the company, in a Form 8-K with the SEC, reaffirmed its FY12 outlook calling for sales of $402-$409 million and EPS of $1.20-$1.28. Additionally, the company announced the extension of the Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT) Operations Distribution Agreement to March 1st, 2014.

The stock is now up 4.1 percent to $15.69.
