Jefferies Boosts Price Target on SS&C Technologies (SSNC)

Jefferies analysts raised their price target on SS&C Technologies (NASDAQ: SSNC) from $22.00 to $25.00 while maintaining a BUY rating on the company.

SS&C is a leading provider of mission-critical, sophisticated software products and software-enabled services that allow financial services providers to automate complex business processes and effectively manage their information processing requirements.

In a company note, a Jefferies analyst said “Our prior work had assumed 18% accretion for GlobeOp only, based on CY12. We suspect our new analysis could still be conservative as it assumes adj EBITDA of $280M in CY13, while SSNC mgmt suggested on the 1Q12 earnings call that the combined entity had consolidated EBITDA of $265M in CY11.”
