Baird maintains a 'Neutral' on Electronic Arts (NASDAQ: EA) price target lowered from $23 to $18.

Analyst, Sebastian Colin, said, "In-line quarter, but Q1 looking softer than expected. The revenue and earnings guidance for Q1 appear to be dampened by greater-than-expected subscriber losses for Star Wars. While EA continues to make progress on its new digital initiatives, we expect the transformation to remain a marathon event for the foreseeable future. We are reducing our F1Q and F2013 revenue and earnings estimates and lowering our price target."

Colin cuts Q1 from (0.33)/$597mln to (0.41)/$507mln and FY13 from $1.20/$4.56 bln to $1.15/$4.356 bln.
