Chatham Lodging Trust (CLDT) Raises Quarterly Dividend 14.3% to $0.20; 6.1% Yield

Chatham Lodging Trust (NYSE: CLDT) declared a quarterly dividend of $0.20 per share, or $0.8 annualized. This is a 14.3% increase from the prior dividend of $0.175.

The dividend will be payable on July 27, 2012, to stockholders of record on May 7, 2012, with an ex-dividend date of May 3, 2012.

The annual yield on the dividend is 6.1 percent.
