Barclays maintains an 'Overweight' on MasTec (NYSE: MTZ) price target of $24.00.

Analyst, Andy Kaplowitz, said, "We think MTZ remains on track for a better 2012 after reporting improved 1Q results and reiterating a generally positive full-year outlook. While we were only expecting a lackluster start to 2012, MTZ was able to deliver EPS at the high end of management's previous guidance range ($0.17 vs. our $0.15) despite lingering weather related issues in the pipeline business as well as lower volumes and overhead utilization in the wireless segment."

Kaplowitz maintains FY13 EPS estimates of $1.70 and feel more confident in MTZ's ability to deliver,
